The 2015 Nissan Z has a long running history of great sport cars that are both affordable and fast enough to make any hatchback cry! The 2015 Nissan Z is going to be a facelift of the current 370Z that will include an updated engine, better interior and also an updated exterior that will not differ that much, but Nissan is going to add a bit of spice to it.
2015 Nissan Z Price
The price for this hot-hatch 2015 Nissan Z destroyer is going to be around 30.000 dollars for a base model which is really affordable considering the entire package you receive for your money. The base car will feature a lot of gismos that would be options on different cars. The 2015 model is going to be launched at the end of 2014 or early 2015, so there might be a couple of changes until then.
Its engine is the biggest selling point for this car so let’s start with it. There is only a single one available which is a 3.7 liter aspirated V6 that will now offer either 350 horsepower and 375 lb-ft of torque in the base version or up to 370 horsepower and 380 lb-ft of torque for the NISMO version which will include a different exhaust and intake system. These improvements will also make for a completely different sound.
Both forms of this engine will get the car from 0 to 60 MPH in less than 5 seconds which is possible thanks to either a 6 speed manual or 7 speed automatic. The automatic is actually the better choice but it is unavailable on the NISMO.
Other improvements of the NISMO version is a new limited slip differential which will allow for more aggressive driving and also a completely new aerodynamic package. The latter will improve the handling of the 2015 Nissan Z and it will also make it look better! There will be a new front and rear bumper as well as a new pair of side skirts which are very similar in design to the older model. These have now red accents included in them as well as bigger air intakes which are needed in order to cool the brakes and the uprated engine.
Just like with the previous version, the 2015 Nissan Z will also be available as a roadster model in which case the performance will drop by a small margin both in the normal and in the NISMO version because the roadster is slightly heavier and also less torque resistant than the coupe.
Both the coupe and the roadster of 2015 Nissan Z tough will get the same interior with the same strong and weak points. The materials will be very good and also the equipment level which is similar to a luxury car but the interior space and the luggage space could be improved drastically.
